수산업협동조합법 제30조(상속에 따른 가입)

① 사망으로 인하여 탈퇴하게 된 조합원의 상속인(공동상속인 경우에는 공동상속인이 선정한 1명의 상속인을 말한다)이 조합원 자격이 있는 경우에는 피상속인의 출자를 승계하여 조합원이 될 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 출자를 승계한 상속인에 관하여는 제29조제1항을 준용한다.
