수산업협동조합법 제174조(조합원 또는 회원의 검사 청구)

① 해양수산부장관은 조합원이 조합원 10분의 1 이상의 동의를 받아 소속 조합의 업무 집행 상황이 법령 또는 조합의 정관에 위반된다는 사유로 검사를 청구하면 중앙회의 회장에게 그 조합의 업무 상황을 검사하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>
