수산업협동조합법 제170조(법령 위반에 대한 조치)

① 해양수산부장관은 조합등과 중앙회의 총회ㆍ대의원회 또는 이사회의 소집 절차, 의결 방법, 의결 내용이나 선거가 법령, 법령에 따른 처분 또는 정관에 위반된다고 인정할 때에는 그 의결에 따른 집행의 정지 또는 선거에 따른 당선의 취소를 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2016.5.29>

② 해양수산부장관은 조합등과 중앙회의 업무 또는 회계가 법령, 법령에 따른 처분 또는 정관에 위반된다고 인정할 때에는 그 조합등 또는 중앙회에 대하여 기간을 정하여 시정을 명하고 해당 임직원에 대하여 다음 각 호의 조치를 하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2016.5.29>

③ 제2항과 제146조제3항에 따라 조합등 또는 중앙회가 임직원의 개선, 징계면직의 조치를 요구받은 경우 해당 임직원은 그 날부터 그 조치가 확정되는 날까지 직무가 정지된다. <개정 2016.5.29>

④ 해양수산부장관은 조합등 또는 중앙회가 제2항에 따른 시정명령 또는 임직원에 대한 조치를 이행하지 아니하면 6개월 이내의 기간을 정하여 해당 업무의 전부 또는 일부를 정지시킬 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.5.21, 2016.5.29>

(4) Where웨어 cooperatives,코아프^r러티^v브즈 etc.엣세터^r러 or오 the^ð더 Federation^f페더^r레이션 fail^f페일 to투 comply컴플라이 with위^ð드 an앤 order오더 for^f포 correction커^r렉션 or오 measures메저즈 against어겐스트 officers오^f퍼서즈 and앤드 employees엠플로이이즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2), the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries^f피셔^r리즈 may메이 suspend서스펜드 all올 or오 part파트 of어^v브 the^ð더 business비즈니스 concerned컨선드 for^f포 a어 period피^r리어드 not낫 exceeding익시딩 six식스 months.먼^θ쓰

⑤ 제4항에 따른 업무정지의 세부기준 및 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 해양수산부령으로 정한다. <신설 2014.5.21>
