수산업협동조합법 제143조(조합감사위원회)

① 회원의 건전한 발전을 도모하기 위하여 회장 소속으로 회원의 업무를 지도ㆍ감사할 수 있는 조합감사위원회(이하 이 절에서 "위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

② 위원회는 위원장을 포함하여 5명의 위원으로 구성하되, 위원장은 상임으로 한다.

(2) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 five^f파이^v브 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 the^ð더 chair,체어 and앤드 the^ð더 chair체어 shall섈 be비 full-time.^f풀-타임

③ 위원회의 감사 사무를 처리하기 위하여 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 위원회에 필요한 기구를 둔다.
