① 중앙회는 제138조제1항에 따른 사업을 하기 위하여 제164조에 따른 자기자본의 범위에서 다른 법인에 출자할 수 있다. 다만, 같은 법인에 대한 출자한도는 자기자본의 100분의 20 이내에서 정관으로 정한다. <개정 2022.12.27>

② 중앙회는 다른 법인이 발행한 의결권 있는 주식(출자지분을 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)의 100분의 15를 초과하는 주식을 취득할 수 없다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

1. 제138조제1항에 따른 사업 수행을 위하여 필요한 경우

6. 신주인수권부사채 등 주식 관련 채권을 주식으로 전환함에 따라 주식을 취득하게 되는 경우

③ 중앙회가 제2항제7호에 따라 수협은행의 주식을 취득하기 위하여 출자하는 경우 그 출자금은 제1항에 따른 다른 법인에 대한 출자에 포함되지 아니하는 것으로 본다.

(3) Where웨어 the^ð더 Federation^f페더^r레이션 invests인^v베스츠 to투 acquire어콰이어 shares셰어즈 of어^v브 Suhyup서히업 Bank뱅크 pursuant퍼수언트 to투 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2) 7, such서치 investment인^v베스트먼트 shall섈 not낫 be비 included인클루디드 in인 the^ð디 investment인^v베스트먼트 in인 other어^ð더 corporations코퍼^r레이션즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1).

④ 제1항에도 불구하고 중앙회가 제2항제7호에 따라 수협은행의 주식을 취득하기 위하여 출자하는 경우에는 자기자본을 초과하여 출자할 수 있다. 이 경우 사업전담대표이사는 3개월 이내에 출자의 목적 및 금액 등을 총회에 보고하여야 한다.
