수산업협동조합법 제139조의4(유통지원자금의 조성ㆍ운용)

① 중앙회는 회원의 조합원이 생산한 수산물등의 원활한 유통을 지원하기 위하여 유통지원자금을 조성ㆍ운용할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 유통지원자금은 다음 각 호의 사업에 운용한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 유통지원자금은 제162조의2에 따른 명칭사용료 및 제165조제1항에 따른 임의적립금 등으로 조성한다.

④ 국가는 예산의 범위에서 제1항에 따른 유통지원자금의 조성을 지원할 수 있다.

⑤ 제1항에 따른 유통지원자금의 조성 및 운용에 관한 세부사항은 정관으로 정한다.
