수산업협동조합법 제139조의2(수산물등 판매활성화)

① 중앙회는 회원 또는 회원의 조합원으로부터 수집하거나 판매위탁을 받은 수산물 및 그 가공품(이하 이 조, 제139조의3 및 제139조의4에서 "수산물등"이라 한다)을 효율적으로 판매하기 위하여 매년 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 실행계획을 수립하고 그에 따른 사업을 추진하여야 한다.

② 중앙회는 회원의 조합원이 생산한 수산물의 가격 안정 및 회원의 조합원의 소득 안정을 위하여 수산물등의 비축 등 수급 조절에 필요한 조치를 회원과 공동으로 추진할 수 있다.
