수산업협동조합법 제127조의3(교육위원회)

① 제138조제1항제1호나목의 교육업무를 지원하기 위하여 이사회 소속으로 교육위원회를 둔다

② 교육위원회는 위원장을 포함한 5명 이내의 위원으로 구성하되, 수산 관련 단체ㆍ학계의 대표를 포함하여야 한다.

③ 교육위원회는 교육지원업무를 처리하기 위하여 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 교육위원회에 필요한 기구를 둘 수 있다.

④ 그 밖에 교육위원회의 구성ㆍ운영 등에 필요한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.
