수산업협동조합법 제113조의4(회원의 자격 등)

① 조합공동사업법인의 회원은 조합, 중앙회, 「농어업경영체 육성 및 지원에 관한 법률」 제16조에 따른 영어조합법인, 같은 법 제19조에 따른 어업회사법인으로 하며, 다른 조합공동사업법인을 준회원으로 한다.

② 조합공동사업법인의 회원이 되려는 자는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 출자하여야 하며, 조합공동사업법인은 준회원에 대하여 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 가입금 및 경비를 부담하게 할 수 있다. 다만, 조합이 아닌 회원이 출자한 총액은 조합공동사업법인 출자 총액의 100분의 50(중앙회는 100분의 30) 미만으로 한다.

③ 회원은 출자액에 비례하여 의결권을 가진다.
