수산업법 제91조(입어에 관한 재결)

① 제39조제1항에 따른 입어에 관하여 분쟁이 있거나 같은 조 제2항에 따른 협의가 이루어지지 아니하거나 협의를 할 수 없을 때에는 어업권자 또는 입어자는 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 재결(裁決)을 신청할 수 있다.

② 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항에 따른 재결 신청을 받으면 제95조에 따른 해당 시ㆍ도수산조정위원회 또는 시ㆍ군ㆍ구수산조정위원회의 심의를 거쳐 재결하여야 한다.
