수산식품산업의 육성 및 지원에 관한 법률 제35조(표시변경 등의 명령)

① 해양수산부장관은 제34조에 따른 조사 또는 시험의뢰를 한 결과 우수수산식품등인증을 받은 수산식품이 인증기준 또는 표시방법에 위반되거나 그 수산식품의 생산이나 수산식품산업의 영위가 곤란하다고 인정하는 때에는 표시의 변경ㆍ사용정지 또는 판매정지를 명할 수 있다.
