수산식품산업의 육성 및 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제31조(품질인증 신청 절차 등)

① 제30조제1항에 따른 품질인증 대상품목을 생산하는 수산식품사업자가 법 제29조제1항에 따라 품질인증을 받으려는 경우에는 우수수산식품등인증기관의 장에게 품목별로 해양수산부령으로 정하는 신청서를 제출해야 한다.

② 우수수산식품등인증기관의 장은 제1항에 따라 신청서를 받으면 제30조제2항에 따른 품질인증 대상품목의 표준규격 및 해양수산부령으로 정하는 품질인증의 심사 방법에 따라 심사한 후 그 심사기준에 적합한 것으로 판정된 때에는 품질인증을 해야 한다.

③ 우수수산식품등인증기관의 장은 제2항에 따라 품질인증을 한 때에는 해당 인증을 신청한 자에게 해양수산부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 인증서를 내주어야 한다.
