Enforcement Rule of the Act on Fostering and Supporting the Fishery Food Industry, Article 26 (Recommendation, etc. for Selection of Fishery Food Master Successors)

① 대한민국수산식품명인은 법 제25조제8항 및 영 제27조제1항에 따라 수산식품명인 전수자를 추천하는 경우에는 별지 제21호서식의 수산식품명인 전수자 추천서에 수산식품명인 전수자로 추천받는 사람에 대한 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 해양수산부장관에게 제출해야 한다.
