수목원ㆍ정원의 조성 및 진흥에 관한 법률 제18조의20(임원)

① 관리원에는 임원으로 이사장 1명을 포함하여 13명 이내의 이사와 감사 1명을 두되, 이사장과 5명 이내의 이사는 상임으로 하고, 그 외의 임원은 비상임으로 한다.

② 이사장은 관리원을 대표하고, 관리원의 업무를 총괄한다.

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð디 Institute인스터툿 and앤드 oversee오우^v버시 its잇츠 work.워크

③ 상임이사는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 관리원의 업무를 분장(分掌)하고, 이사장이 부득이한 사유로 업무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 정관으로 정하는 순위에 따라 그 직무를 대행한다.

④ 감사는 관리원의 업무와 회계를 감사한다.
