수도권정비계획법 시행령 제32조(실무위원회의 심의사항)

① 수도권정비위원회는 법 제23조제2항제2호에 따라 법 제21조제2항제4호부터 제8호까지의 규정에 따른 수도권정비위원회 심의사항의 전부 또는 일부를 수도권정비위원회의 의결을 거쳐 실무위원회에 위임할 수 있다.

② 국토교통부장관은 제1항에 따라 수도권정비위원회가 실무위원회에 심의사항을 위임한 경우에는 그 내용을 관보에 고시하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

③ 제1항에 따라 실무위원회가 수도권정비위원회로부터 위임받은 사항에 관하여 심의ㆍ의결한 경우에는 수도권정비위원회가 심의ㆍ의결한 것으로 본다. 이 경우 실무위원회의 위원장은 심의ㆍ의결한 내용을 수도권정비위원회에 보고하여야 한다.
