송유관 안전관리법 제5조(완성검사 등)

① 송유관설치자가 해당 송유관의 공사를 완성하였을 때에는 산업통상부장관의 완성검사를 받아야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

(1) Where웨어 an앤 oil오일 pipeline파이플라인 installer인스톨러 has해즈 completed컴플리티드 construction컨스트^r럭션 of어^v브 the^ð디 oil오일 pipeline,파이플라인 the^ð디 installer인스톨러 shall섈 undergo언더고우 a어 completion컴플리션 inspection인스펙션 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Industry인더스트^r리 and앤드 Trade.트^r레이드

② 제1항에 따른 완성검사의 기준은 다음 각 호와 같다.

③ 송유관설치자는 인가받은 공사계획에 따라 송유관의 일부가 완성되었을 때에는 산업통상부장관의 사용검사를 받아 이를 사용할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

④ 제3항에 따른 검사의 기준은 제2항을 준용한다.

(4) Paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2) applies어플라이즈 mutatis뮤타티즈 mutandis뮤탠디즈 to투 the^ð더 standards스탠더즈 for^f포 the^ð디 inspection인스펙션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (3).

⑤ 송유관설치자는 제1항에 따른 완성검사 또는 제3항에 따른 사용검사에 합격한 후가 아니면 송유관을 사용하여서는 아니 된다.
