송유관 안전관리법 제13조(벌칙)

① 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 3년 이상 10년 이하의 징역 또는 1억5천만원 이하의 벌금에 처하거나 이를 병과(倂科)할 수 있다.

② 업무상 과실 또는 중대한 과실로 인하여 제1항제1호의 죄를 범한 자는 5년 이하의 금고 또는 2천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.

(2) A어 person퍼슨 who후 commits커밋츠 the^ð디 offense어^f펜스 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) 1 through^θ쓰^r루 occupational아큐페이셔늘 negligence네글러전스 or오 gross그^r로우스 negligence네글러전스 shall섈 be비 punished퍼니시트 by바이 imprisonment임프^r리전먼트 without위^ð다웃 labor레이버 for^f포 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 five^f파이^v브 years이어즈 or오 by바이 a어 fine^f파인 not낫 exceeding익시딩 20 million밀리언 won.원

③ 송유관설치자등의 승낙 없이 송유관을 조작함으로써 석유의 원활한 수송을 방해한 자는 3년 이상 10년 이하의 징역 또는 1억5천만원 이하의 벌금에 처하거나 이를 병과할 수 있다.

④ 제1항 또는 제3항을 위반하여 타인을 죽거나 다치게 한 자는 5년 이상의 유기징역에 처한다.

(4) A어 person퍼슨 who후 causes카지즈 the^ð더 death데^θ스 of어^v브 or오 injury인저^r리 to투 another어너^ð더 person퍼슨 in인 violation^v바이얼레이션 of어^v브 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) or오 (3) shall섈 be비 punished퍼니시트 by바이 imprisonment임프^r리전먼트 with위^ð드 labor레이버 for^f포 a어 limited리머티드 term텀 of어^v브 not낫 less레스 than^ð댄 five^f파이^v브 years.이어즈

⑤ 제2항의 죄를 범하여 타인을 죽거나 다치게 한 때에는 10년 이하의 금고 또는 1억원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.

(5) Where웨어 a어 person퍼슨 commits커밋츠 the^ð디 offense어^f펜스 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2) and앤드 thereby^ð데어바이 causes카지즈 the^ð더 death데^θ스 of어^v브 or오 injury인저^r리 to투 another어너^ð더 person,퍼슨 the^ð더 person퍼슨 shall섈 be비 punished퍼니시트 by바이 imprisonment임프^r리전먼트 without위^ð다웃 labor레이버 for^f포 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 10 years이어즈 or오 by바이 a어 fine^f파인 not낫 exceeding익시딩 100 million밀리언 won.원

⑥ 제1항 및 제3항에 따른 미수범은 처벌한다.
