소재ㆍ부품ㆍ장비산업 경쟁력 강화 및 공급망 안정화를 위한 특별조치법 시행령 제79조(회계사무의 위탁 등)

① 산업통상부장관은 법 제73조제1항에 따라 다음 각 호의 사무를 한국산업기술진흥원에 위탁한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 제1항 각 호의 사무를 위탁받은 한국산업기술진흥원은 위탁받은 사무의 운용ㆍ관리 상황에 대하여 월간실적은 다음 달 15일까지, 연간실적은 다음 해 1월 31일까지 산업통상부장관에게 보고해야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
