소재ㆍ부품ㆍ장비산업 경쟁력 강화 및 공급망 안정화를 위한 특별조치법 시행령 제62조(계약에 의한 직업교육훈련과정 등의 설치ㆍ운영 등)

① 관계 중앙행정기관의 장 또는 지방자치단체의 장은 법 제41조제1항에 따른 계약학과등을 운영하는 「산업교육진흥 및 산학연협력촉진에 관한 법률」 제2조제2호다목에 따른 대학에 산업체 부담금의 일부 및 학생 등록금의 일부를 예산의 범위에서 지원할 수 있다.
