Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Strengthening the Competitiveness of the Materials, Parts, and Equipment Industry and Stabilizing Supply Chains, Article 38 (Support for International Cooperation Projects)

① 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 법 제25조제2항에 따라 소재ㆍ부품ㆍ장비 관련 국제협력을 촉진하기 위한 사업을 추진하려는 경우에는 미리 세부계획을 수립하고 공고해야 한다.
