① 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 법 제24조제5항에 따른 출연금을 기술개발사업의 추진 상황 등을 고려하여 분할하여 지급할 수 있다.

④ 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 기술개발사업자가 정당한 사유 없이 제3항에 따른 용도 외의 목적으로 출연금을 사용한 경우에는 출연금의 전부 또는 일부를 회수할 수 있다.
