Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Strengthening the Competitiveness of the Materials, Parts, and Equipment Industry and Stabilizing Supply Chains, Article 32 (Support for Promoting Mergers and Acquisitions, etc.)

① 법 제21조제1항 각 호 외의 부분에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기관"이란 법 제22조에 따른 소재ㆍ부품ㆍ장비 투자기관협의회(이하 "투자기관협의회"라 한다)를 말한다.
