소음ㆍ진동관리법 시행규칙 제39조의7(타이어 소음허용기준 적합 여부의 조사 등)

① 법 제34조의3제4항에 따른 "기후에너지환경부령으로 정하는 기관"이란 공단을 말한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 법 제34조의3제4항에 따라 공단은 타이어제작자등이 신고한 자동차용 타이어가 타이어 소음허용기준에 적합한지 확인하기 위하여 타이어제작자등의 사무소 또는 사업장 등을 방문하여 조사할 수 있다.

③ 제2항에 따른 조사를 하는 공단의 직원은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 보여 주어야 한다.

④ 제2항에 따른 조사 대상 타이어의 선정, 조사 대상 타이어의 소음도 측정방법 등 타이어 소음허용기준에 적합한지를 확인하기 위하여 필요한 사항은 국립환경과학원장이 정하여 고시한다.
