소상공인 보호 및 지원에 관한 법률 제25조의2(보조금)

① 중소벤처기업부장관은 소상공인을 육성하기 위하여 예산의 범위에서 연합회 운영에 필요한 경비를 보조할 수 있다.

② 지방자치단체의 장은 소상공인을 육성하고 지역 사회를 개발하기 위하여 관할 구역에 있는 연합회 지회의 운영에 필요한 경비의 일부를 연합회를 통하여 보조할 수 있다.
