소상공인 보호 및 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제11조(기금운용위원회의 조직ㆍ운영 등)

① 법 제23조제1항에 따른 기금운용위원회(이하 "기금운용위원회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 10명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

(1) The^ð더 Fund^f펀드 Management매너지먼트 Committee커미티 under언더 Article아터클 23 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Fund^f펀드 Management매너지먼트 Committee")커미티 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 up업 to투 10 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 chairperson.체어퍼슨

② 기금운용위원회의 위원장(이하 "위원장"이라 한다)은 중소벤처기업부 제2차관이 되고, 위원은 다음 각 호의 사람 중에서 성별을 고려하여 중소벤처기업부장관이 위촉하거나 임명한다. <개정 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1>

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Fund^f펀드 Management매너지먼트 Committee커미티 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "chairperson")체어퍼슨 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 Second세큰드 Vice^v바이스 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 SMEs스메즈 and앤드 Startups,스타텁스 and앤드 the^ð더 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 commissioned커미션드 or오 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 SMEs스메즈 and앤드 Startups,스타텁스 in인 consideration컨시더^r레이션 of어^v브 gender,젠더 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 persons:퍼슨즈

③ 제2항제2호 및 제3호에 따른 위원의 임기는 2년으로 한다.

④ 위원장은 기금운용위원회를 대표하고, 기금운용위원회의 업무를 총괄한다.

(4) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð더 Fund^f펀드 Management매너지먼트 Committee커미티 and앤드 supervise수퍼^v바이즈 its잇츠 affairs.어^f페어즈

⑤ 위원장은 기금운용위원회의 회의를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다.

(5) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Fund^f펀드 Management매너지먼트 Committee커미티 and앤드 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 them.^ð뎀

⑥ 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 미리 지명한 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

(6) Where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 his히즈 or오 her허 duties두티즈 due두 to투 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 a어 member멤버 designated데지그네이티드 in인 advance어드^v밴스 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 act액트 on안 behalf비해^f프 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson.체어퍼슨

⑦ 기금운용위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다. <개정 2021.9.29>

(7) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Fund^f펀드 Management매너지먼트 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 and앤드 decisions디시전즈 shall섈 be비 made메이드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑧ 기금운용위원회에 기금운용위원회의 사무를 처리할 간사 1명을 두며, 간사는 중소벤처기업부 소속 공무원 중에서 중소벤처기업부장관이 지명한다. <개정 2017.7.26>

(8) The^ð더 Fund^f펀드 Management매너지먼트 Committee커미티 shall섈 have해^v브 one원 secretary세크^r러테^r리 to투 handle핸들 its잇츠 affairs,어^f페어즈 who후 shall섈 be비 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 SMEs스메즈 and앤드 Startups스타텁스 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 SMEs스메즈 and앤드 Startups.스타텁스

⑨ 기금운용위원회에 출석한 위원에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당과 여비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원이 그 소관 업무와 직접적으로 관련되어 출석하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

⑩ 이 영에서 규정한 사항 외에 기금운용위원회 운영에 필요한 사항은 기금운용위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
