Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on Consumers, Article 62-2 (Notification of Dispute Mediation Applications, etc.)

① 조정위원회는 법 제65조제5항에 따라 준용되는 법 제59조제1항에 따라 분쟁당사자의 소 제기 사실을 알게 된 때에는 분쟁당사자의 동의를 받아 다음 각 호의 사항을 수소법원(受訴法院)에 알려야 한다.
