한국소비자원의 원장은 법 제61조제2항에 따라 조정위원회의 비상임위원을 제청할 때에는 전국적 규모의 소비자단체 및 사업자단체로부터 추천된 자 중에서 각각 2명 이상이 균등하게 포함되도록 하여야 한다.
