소비자기본법 시행령 제45조의2(분쟁조정회의의 관장사항)

① 법 제63조의2제1항제1호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 금액"이란 법 제28조제1항제5호 및 제57조에 따른 합의 권고 금액 200만원을 말한다.

② 법 제28조제1항제5호 및 제57조에 따른 합의 권고의 내용이 물품의 교환인 경우에는 해당 물품에 상당하는 금액을, 권고의 내용이 수리인 경우에는 물품의 수리에 드는 비용에 상당하는 금액을 제1항에 따른 합의 권고 금액으로 본다.
