소방시설 설치 및 관리에 관한 법률 제26조(부정행위자에 대한 제재)

소방청장은 시험에서 부정한 행위를 한 응시자에 대하여는 그 시험을 정지 또는 무효로 하고, 그 처분이 있은 날부터 2년간 시험 응시자격을 정지한다.
