Enforcement Decree of the Fire Protection Systems Installation and Management Act, Article 40 (Appointment and Commissioning of Examination Committee Members)

① 소방청장은 법 제25조제2항에 따라 관리사시험의 출제 및 채점을 위하여 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람 중에서 시험위원을 임명하거나 위촉해야 한다.

1. 소방 관련 분야의 박사학위를 취득한 사람

2. 대학에서 소방안전 관련 학과 조교수 이상으로 2년 이상 재직한 사람

2. Persons퍼슨즈 who후 have해^v브 served서^v브드 for^f포 two투 years이어즈 or오 more모 as애즈 an앤 assistant어시스턴트 professor프^r러^f페서 or오 higher하이어 in인 a어 fire-safety-related^f파이어-세이^f프티-^r릴레이티드 department디파트먼트 at앳 a어 university;유너^v버서티

3. 소방위 이상의 소방공무원

② 제1항에 따른 시험위원의 수는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른다.
