소방시설 설치 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제36조(자체점검 결과 공개)

① 소방본부장 또는 소방서장은 법 제24조제2항에 따라 자체점검 결과를 공개하는 경우 30일 이상 법 제48조에 따른 전산시스템 또는 인터넷 홈페이지 등을 통해 공개해야 한다.

② 소방본부장 또는 소방서장은 제1항에 따라 자체점검 결과를 공개하려는 경우 공개 기간, 공개 내용 및 공개 방법을 해당 특정소방대상물의 관계인에게 미리 알려야 한다.

③ 특정소방대상물의 관계인은 제2항에 따라 공개 내용 등을 통보받은 날부터 10일 이내에 관할 소방본부장 또는 소방서장에게 이의신청을 할 수 있다.

④ 소방본부장 또는 소방서장은 제3항에 따라 이의신청을 받은 날부터 10일 이내에 심사ㆍ결정하여 그 결과를 지체 없이 신청인에게 알려야 한다.

⑤ 자체점검 결과의 공개가 제3자의 법익을 침해하는 경우에는 제3자와 관련된 사실을 제외하고 공개해야 한다.
