소방시설 설치 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제12조(소방시설정보관리시스템 구축ㆍ운영 대상 등)

① 소방청장, 소방본부장 또는 소방서장이 법 제12조제5항에 따라 소방시설의 작동정보 등을 실시간으로 수집ㆍ분석할 수 있는 시스템(이하 "소방시설정보관리시스템"이라 한다)을 구축ㆍ운영하는 경우 그 구축ㆍ운영의 대상은 「화재의 예방 및 안전관리에 관한 법률」 제24조제1항 전단에 따른 소방안전관리대상물 중 다음 각 호의 특정소방대상물로 한다. <개정 2024.12.31>

② 제1항 각 호에 따른 특정소방대상물의 관계인은 소방청장, 소방본부장 또는 소방서장이 법 제12조제5항에 따라 소방시설정보관리시스템을 구축ㆍ운영하려는 경우 특별한 사정이 없으면 이에 협조해야 한다. <개정 2024.12.31>
