Enforcement Rule of the Fire Protection Systems Construction Business Act, Article 20 (Notification of Subcontracting)

① 소방시설업자는 소방시설의 설계, 시공, 감리 및 방염(이하 "소방시설공사등"이라 한다)을 하도급하려고 하거나 하수급인을 변경하는 경우에는 법 제21조의3제4항에 따라 별지 제31호서식의 소방시설공사등의 하도급통지서(전자문서로 된 소방시설공사등의 하도급통지서를 포함한다)에 다음 각 호의 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 미리 관계인 및 발주자에게 알려야 한다. <개정 2015.8.4, 2021.6.10>

② 제1항에 따라 하도급을 하려는 소방시설업자는 관계인 및 발주자에게 통지한 소방시설공사등의 하도급통지서(전자문서로 된 소방시설공사등의 하도급통지서를 포함한다) 사본을 하수급자에게 주어야 한다. <개정 2015.8.4>
