소방시설공사업법 시행규칙 제2조의3(등록신청 서류의 검토ㆍ확인 및 송부)

① 협회는 제2조에 따라 소방시설업 등록신청 서류를 받았을 때에는 영 제2조 및 영 별표 1에 따른 등록기준에 맞는지를 검토ㆍ확인하여야 한다.

② 협회는 제1항에 따른 검토ㆍ확인을 마쳤을 때에는 제2조에 따라 받은 소방시설업 등록신청 서류에 그 결과를 기재한 별지 제1호의2서식에 따른 소방시설업 등록신청서 서면심사 및 확인 결과를 첨부하여 접수일(제2조의2에 따라 신청서류의 보완을 요구한 경우에는 그 보완이 완료된 날을 말한다. 이하 같다)부터 7일 이내에 신청인의 주된 영업소 소재지(법인의 경우에는 등기사항전부증명서상 본점소재지, 개인사업자의 경우에는 사업자 등록상의 사업장 소재지를 말한다)를 관할하는 특별시장ㆍ통합특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ도지사 또는 특별자치도지사(이하 "시ㆍ도지사"라 한다)에게 보내야 한다. <개정 2021.6.10, 2026.7.1>
