Enforcement Rule of the Fire Protection Systems Construction Business Act, Article 11-2 (Notification of Dispositions against Fire Protection Systems Business Operators, etc.)

소방청장 또는 시ㆍ도지사는 다음 각 호의 경우에는 처분일부터 7일 이내에 협회에 그 사실을 알려주어야 한다. <개정 2021.6.10>

1. 법 제9조제1항에 따라 등록취소ㆍ시정명령 또는 영업정지를 하는 경우
