소방산업의 진흥에 관한 법률 시행령 제12조(위원회의 운영)

① 위원장은 위원회의 회의를 소집하며 그 의장이 된다.

② 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 3분의 1 이상의 요구가 있을 때 또는 위원장이 필요하다고 인정할 때에 소집한다.

(2) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 upon어판 the^ð더 request^r리퀘스트 of어^v브 at앳 least리스트 one-third원-^θ써드 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 or오 when웬 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 deems딤즈 it잇 necessary.네서세^r리

③ 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

④ 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 지명하는 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

⑤ 위원회의 회의는 공개한다. 다만, 위원회가 특히 필요하다고 인정하여 의결한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

⑥ 제1항부터 제5항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회의 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
