소방공무원 임용령 제30조의2(육아휴직)
「국가공무원법」 제71조제2항제4호에 따른 휴직(이하 "육아휴직"이라 한다) 명령은 그 소방공무원이 원하는 경우 이를 분할하여 할 수 있다. <개정 2020.3.10, 2023.10.10>
