소방공무원 승진임용 규정 제37조(시험승진후보자명부의 작성등)

①임용권자 또는 임용제청권자는 시험에 합격한 자에 대하여는 제34조제4항의 규정에 의하여 각 계급별 시험승진후보자명부를 작성하여야 한다. <개정 2005.3.31>

②시험승진임용은 제1항의 규정에 의한 시험승진후보자명부의 등재순위에 의한다.

③ 임용권자 또는 임용제청권자는 시험승진후보자명부에 등재된 사람이 승진임용되기 전에 감봉 이상의 징계처분을 받은 경우에는 시험승진후보자명부에서 이를 삭제하여야 한다. <신설 2010.12.27>
