소방공무원 승진임용 규정 제31조(시험의 시행 및 공고)

①시험은 소방청장 또는 제29조제1항에 따라 시험실시권의 위임을 받은 자(이하 "시험실시권자"라 한다)가 정하는 날에 실시한다. <개정 1999.9.9, 2004.5.24, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2020.3.10>

②시험을 실시하고자 할 때에는 그 일시ㆍ장소 기타 시험의 실시에 관하여 필요한 사항을 시험실시 20일전까지 공고하여야 한다.
