소방공무원 승진임용 규정 제25조(승진심사결과의 보고)

①승진심사위원회는 승진심사를 완료한 때에는 지체없이 다음 각호의 서류를 작성하여 중앙승진심사위원회에 있어서는 소방청장에게, 보통승진심사위원회에 있어서는 당해 위원회가 설치된 기관의 장에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 1999.9.9, 2004.5.24, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
