소방공무원 승진임용 규정 제15조(승진대상자명부의 제출)

①승진대상자명부 작성기관의 장은 승진대상자명부 작성기준일로부터 30일이내에 당해 계급의 승진심사를 실시하는 기관의 장에게 승진대상자명부를 제출하여야 한다.

②제13조의 규정에 의하여 승진대상자명부를 조정하거나 삭제한 경우에는 그 사유를 증명하는 서류를 첨부하여 즉시 제출하여야 한다.
