소방공무원 승진임용 규정 제14조(승진대상자명부의 효력)

승진대상자명부는 그 작성 기준일 다음날로부터 효력을 가진다. 다만, 제13조의 규정에 의하여 승진대상자명부를 조정하거나 삭제한 경우에는 조정한 날로부터 효력을 가진다.
