소방공무원법 제14조의2(순직한 승진후보자의 승진)

제14조에 따른 심사승진후보자명부 또는 시험승진후보자명부에 등재된 사람이 승진임용 전에 순직한 경우 그 사망일 전날을 승진일로 하여 승진 예정 계급으로 승진한 것으로 본다.
