소방공무원법 제13조(임용후보자명부)

① 제11조에 따른 시험실시기관의 장은 시험 합격자의 명단을 임용권자에게 보내야 한다.

② 임용권자는 신규채용시험에 합격한 사람(소방간부후보생 선발시험에 합격하여 정하여진 교육훈련을 마친 사람을 포함한다)과 승진시험에 합격한 사람을 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 성적순으로 각각 신규채용후보자명부 또는 시험승진후보자명부에 등재하여야 한다.

③ 제2항에 따른 명부의 유효기간은 2년의 범위에서 대통령령으로 정한다. 다만, 임용권자는 필요에 따라 1년의 범위에서 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다.

④ 제2항에 따른 명부의 작성 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
