세무사법 제16조의9(명칭)

① 세무법인은 그 명칭에 세무법인이라는 문자를 사용하여야 한다.

(1) A어 tax택스 accountant어카운턴트 corporation코퍼^r레이션 shall섈 use유스 the^ð더 words워즈 "tax택스 accountant어카운턴트 corporation"코퍼^r레이션 in인 its잇츠 name.네임

② 제16조의4제1항에 따라 등록한 세무법인이 아닌 자는 세무법인이나 이와 비슷한 명칭을 사용하지 못한다.

(2) A어 person퍼슨 other어^ð더 than^ð댄 a어 tax택스 accountant어카운턴트 corporation코퍼^r레이션 registered^r레지스터드 under언더 Article아터클 16-4 (1) shall섈 not낫 use유스 the^ð더 name네임 "tax택스 accountant어카운턴트 corporation"코퍼^r레이션 or오 a어 similar시멀러 name.네임
