세무사법 시행령 제30조의3(세무전문가의 범위)

법 제19조의3제4항에 따른 원자격국의 세무전문가는 원자격국의 법령에 따라 법 제2조에 따른 업무와 상응하는 업무를 수행할 수 있는 자격을 가진 사람으로 등록된 사람으로 한다.
