Enforcement Decree of the Certified Tax Accountant Act, Article 21 (Meetings of the Disciplinary Committee)

① 징계위원회의 회의는 다음 각 호의 위원으로 구성한다. <신설 2022.10.13>

③ 징계위원회의 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행하지 못하는 경우에는 징계위원회의 부위원장이 그 직무를 대행한다. <개정 2022.10.13>

④ 징계위원회의 회의는 제1항 각 호에 따른 위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다. <개정 2022.10.13>
