세무사법 시행령 제1조의3(세무사자격심의위원회의 회의)

① 위원회의 위원장은 위원회 회의의 의장이 된다.

② 위원회의 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행하지 못하는 경우에는 위원회의 부위원장이 그 직무를 대행한다.

(2) Where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 duties두티즈 for^f포 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 the^ð더 vice^v바이스 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 act액트 on안 the^ð더 chairperson's체어퍼슨즈 behalf.비해^f프

③ 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 3분의 2 이상의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.
