Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Preservation, Management, and Utilization of World Heritage, Article 3-9 (Designation and Operation of Support Center)

① 국가유산청장은 법 제11조의8제1항에 따라 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 갖춘 기관 또는 법인을 지원센터로 지정할 수 있다.

1. 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 기관 또는 법인일 것

1. It잇 shall섈 be비 an앤 institution인스티투션 or오 corporation코퍼^r레이션 falling^f팔링 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 items:아이텀즈

가. 「고등교육법」 제2조에 따른 학교 및 그 밖에 이에 준하는 학교(부설 연구기관을 포함한다)

(a)어 A어 school스쿨 under언더 Article아터클 2 of어^v브 the^ð더 Higher하이어 Education에저케이션 Act액트 and앤드 other어^ð더 schools스쿨즈 equivalent이퀴^v벌런트 thereto^ð데어투 (including인클루딩 affiliated어^f필리에이티드 research^r리서치 institutions);인스티투션즈 and앤드

나. 「정부출연연구기관 등의 설립ㆍ운영 및 육성에 관한 법률」 제2조에 따른 정부출연연구기관

(b)비 A어 government-funded거^v버먼트-^f펀디드 research^r리서치 institute인스터툿 under언더 Article아터클 2 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 on안 the^ð디 Establishment,이스태블리시먼트 Operation,아퍼^r레이션 and앤드 Development디^v벨럽먼트 of어^v브 Government-Funded거^v버먼트-^f펀디드 Research^r리서치 Institutes,인스터툿츠 etc.;엣세터^r러

2. 세계유산 또는 세계유산영향평가와 관련된 연구 또는 업무수행 실적이 있을 것

3. 법 제11조의8제2항 각 호의 사업을 수행하기 위한 전문인력, 전담조직, 예산 및 시설 등 국가유산청장이 세계유산영향평가 실시 지원에 필요하다고 인정하여 고시하는 요건을 갖출 것

② 지원센터로 지정받으려는 기관 또는 법인은 국가유산청장이 정하여 고시하는 지정 신청서에 국가유산청장이 정하여 고시하는 서류를 첨부하여 국가유산청장에게 제출해야 한다.

(2) An앤 institution인스티투션 or오 corporation코퍼^r레이션 that^ð댓 intends인텐즈 to투 be비 designated데지그네이티드 as애즈 a어 support서포트 center센터 shall섈 submit서브밋 an앤 application애플러케이션 for^f포 designation데저그네이션 determined디터먼드 and앤드 publicly퍼블리클리 notified노우터^f파이드 by바이 the^ð디 Administrator어드미너스트^r레이터 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Heritage헤^r러터지 Service,서^v비스 with위^ð드 the^ð더 documents다큐먼츠 determined디터먼드 and앤드 publicly퍼블리클리 notified노우터^f파이드 by바이 the^ð디 Administrator어드미너스트^r레이터 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Heritage헤^r러터지 Service서^v비스 attached,어태치트 to투 the^ð디 Administrator어드미너스트^r레이터 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Heritage헤^r러터지 Service.서^v비스

③ 국가유산청장은 지원센터를 지정한 경우에는 국가유산청장이 정하여 고시하는 지정서를 해당 기관 또는 법인에 발급하고, 그 사실을 국가유산청의 인터넷 홈페이지에 게시해야 한다.

④ 법 제11조의8제3항에 따른 지원센터의 지정취소 및 업무정지의 기준은 별표 2와 같다.

(4) The^ð더 criteria크^r라이티^r리아 for^f포 revoking^r리^v보우킹 the^ð더 designation데저그네이션 of어^v브 and앤드 suspending서스펜딩 the^ð더 business비즈니스 of어^v브 a어 support서포트 center센터 under언더 Article아터클 11-8 (3) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 are아 as애즈 specified스페서^f파이드 in인 Annex애넥스 2.

⑤ 지원센터는 다음 각 호의 자료를 국가유산청장에게 해당 호에서 정하는 기한까지 제출해야 한다.

1. 해당 연도의 운영계획: 매년 1월 31일까지

2. 반기별 운영실적: 매 반기 종료 후 1개월 이내
