Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Preservation, Management, and Utilization of World Heritage, Article 3-8 (Supplementation and Adjustment, etc. of World Heritage Impact Assessment Report, etc.)

① 국가유산청장은 세계유산영향평가서를 검토한 결과 법 제11조의4제2항에 따른 대상사업계획등(이하 "대상사업계획등"이라 한다)이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 같은 항에 따라 사업자에게 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 보완ㆍ조정을 요청할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 보완ㆍ조정 요청을 받은 사업자는 보완ㆍ조정된 세계유산영향평가서(대상사업 계획을 변경한 경우에는 변경된 계획의 내용이 포함된 것을 말한다)에 변경사항 대비표를 첨부하여 국가유산청장에게 제출해야 한다.

③ 법 제11조의5제2항 전단에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 절차"란 제3조의7에 따른 절차를 말한다.
